Traditional airbrush

Description

This piece was created by using photographic reference to produce a pencil drawing of the Apache. Once created, the pencil stage was transferred on to CS10 airbrush board which gave the basic outline on the canvas ready to be worked on. A layer of masking film was applied and all the area's that were to be airbrushed were carefully cut out using a sharp scalpel. After all the airbrushing was complete, the film was removed and finishing touches were added to achieve the final image.
